Project agreement
Visualcrest provides creative video-editing services. The agreed written quote or project brief should specify deliverables, price, timeline, revisions and any additional requirements. Work begins after the required payment, materials and approvals have been received and the start is confirmed.
Client materials
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for footage, music, graphics and other materials you supply. Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights. Provide accurate instructions and timely feedback.
Payment and changes
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Additional scope, revisions beyond the agreed allowance and urgent requests may require a revised fee and timeline, agreed before additional work proceeds. Delays in receiving materials or feedback can affect delivery dates.
Delivery and rights
Delivery format and usage rights should be agreed in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Ownership or licences for final deliverables, source files and portfolio use must be confirmed in the project agreement; portfolio use should not be assumed without permission.
Cancellation and legal rights
Our Refund Policy explains cancellation before work starts. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
